Is my photo good enough?
If your pet's paw, nose or face is clearly visible, we can work with it.
You are also welcome to upload an ink print or something similar from your four-legged friend's paw.
If there is a problem with your photo, we will contact you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order.
How long does the delivery take?
All orders received by December 15th, 2023 will be delivered before Christmas (valid for all countries in the EU).
In our experience, orders to Germany and Austria that are placed by December 17th, 2023 (11:59 p.m.) will be delivered before Christmas. If you want to be on the safe side, you can use our express shipping option (via UPS).
Do photos of other animals also work?
Do you have a cat, hamster, horse, parrot, or other pet?
In most cases we can create a piece of jewelry from a photo of the paw, paw or hooves.

Can you engrave more than one paw? Can you also engrave the back?
Depending on the piece of jewelry, we can also engrave two or more paws for a small additional charge. We can also accommodate other, individual requests.

What material are the pieces of jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel (also known as “surgical steel”) and high-quality, long-lasting 14k gold plating.
Our rings are made of 925 sterling silver. Compared to stainless steel, it is more valuable, but also somewhat more sensitive.
What size are your bracelets?
Our bracelets are 18cm long and can be closed in three places from 15cm to 18cm. So they cover all common bracelet lengths.
What size are your necklaces?
Our necklaces are of different lengths and adjustable in size. You can find the details for the respective product under “Dimensions & Fit”.
The flexible gift
As a last minute gift, we also offer digital gift vouchers that you can print out yourself or printed gift vouchers on premium paper.
The printed gift vouchers are delivered in a high-quality envelope and can be filled out yourself. They will be delivered to you free of charge within the EU.
