Personalization & Engraving
How good should the quality of my uploaded image be?
The better the quality of your image, the more precise and detailed our graphic designers can work on the engraving template.
Our experience has shown that a simple picture with a smartphone camera is enough.
What happens if you can't use my photo?
If we are unable to create a suitable engraving template from your image, we will contact you immediately by email to find a solution together.
What types of paw photos can you use?
We can work with very simple photos of your pet's paw, but we can also create engraving templates from images of ink, plaster, foam prints as well as clearly visible prints in sand, mud or snow.
Is a portrait photo of my dog or cat enough for a nose engraving?
Yes, a simple photo of your dog or cat's face is enough.
We achieve the best and most detailed results when the nose is frontal on the photo.
Do you also draw people?
We specialize in drawing and engraving pets and therefore unfortunately cannot produce engravings or drawings of people.
Material & Care
What material are your pieces of jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel (also known as “surgical steel”) and 14k gold plating.
A few pieces of jewelry are made of S925 sterling silver, such as our size-adjustable rings, because silver is more flexible and pliable.You can find out more about this here.
Are the pieces of jewelry waterproof?
All stainless steel jewelry is waterproof.
You should remove our silver jewelry before showering, bathing or washing your hands, otherwise they may tarnish or lose their color.
How do I properly care for my jewelry?
To ensure that your piece of jewelry always shines beautifully, it is best to polish it with the jewelry cleaning cloth included with your order.
Is there a guarantee on my jewelry?
We offer you a 1-year guarantee on the jewelry you purchase from us.
Sizing
What size are your bracelets?
Our bracelets are 18cm long and can be closed in three places from 15cm to 18cm. So they cover all common bracelet lengths.
We also offer matching bracelet extenders if you need your bracelet in a different length.
What size are your necklaces?
Our necklaces are of different lengths and adjustable in size. You can find the details for the respective product under “Dimensions & Fit”.
What size are your rings?
Our rings are one size and open at the back. This means they adapt to size. They cover all common ring sizes between 48 and 60.
Shipping
How long does the delivery take?
Your individual piece of jewelry is usually ready for shipping within two to three working days.
The total delivery time from receipt of order is 5 to 8 working days to Germany & Austria.
During the checkout process you can also book express delivery with UPS or DHL Express (chargeable). This shortens the total delivery time from placing of the order to two to three working days.

How much are the shipping costs & where do you deliver to?

What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer insured premium shipping (via Post.at/DHL) and express shipping (via UPS or DHL Express).

Can I have my package delivered to a Packstation?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct deliveries to a packing station at the moment. Depending on the shipping service provider and address, you can rebook or manage your package yourself.
Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you pickup at this time.
Which delivery services do you use?
We ship within Austria and Germany with the Austrian Post (Post.at) or DHL.
We also prefer to use Austrian Post (Post.at) outside the EU.
In addition, if it makes sense, we also ship within Europe with DPD.
Our express shipping is handled by UPS and DHL Express.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. However, shipping costs apply for smaller orders. You can find details here .
Cancellation & returns
Can I return personalized jewelry (applies to all engravings)?
Our personalized pieces of jewelry, i.e. engraved for you, are generally non-returnable and therefore cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us using the contact form and we will find a solution together.
Who pays for the return?
The buyer has to pay the costs for the return, so unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the return costs.
Can I cancel my order?
We will start processing your order within the first hour of receiving your order. Since we make each piece of jewelry individually for you, we can only offer free cancellation within the first hour.
If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible - this is usually no problem within the first 24 hours of receiving your order.
What happens if I receive an incorrect or defective product?
Please contact us immediately using our contact form or our live chat at the bottom right so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
