In 3 einfachen Schritten zu deinem personalisierten Schmuckstück
1. Foto aufnehmen & hochladen
Wähle Schmuckstück, Farbe und Gravur aus. Lade dein Foto von der Pfote, Nase oder Gesicht hoch. Du kannst das Foto auch direkt auf deinem Smartphone aufnehmen oder einen Abdruck hochladen.
2. Wir gravieren dein Schmuckstück
Unsere erfahrenen Grafik-Designer bearbeiten dein Foto oder zeichnen die Lineart für deine gewünschte Gravur. Danach wird dein Schmuckstück in unserem Atelier in Wien graviert und fertig gestellt.
3. Erhalte dein Erinnerungsstück
Zum Abschluss führen wir eine Qualitätssicherung durch und verpacken dein Schmuckstück mit viel Liebe per Hand. Danach ist deine Bestellung auch schon als versichertes Paket auf dem Weg zu dir.

Is my photo good enough?
If your pet's paw, nose or face is clearly visible, we can work with it.
You are also welcome to upload an ink print or something similar from your four-legged friend's paw.
If there is a problem with your photo, we will contact you by email as soon as possible after receiving your order.
How long does the delivery take?
After we receive your order, it will take a total of five to 8 working days for your personalized piece of jewelry to arrive at your home.
When ordering, you can also choose express shipping (via UPS or DHL Express) for an additional charge, so you will receive your piece of jewelry within two to three working days.
After shipping from our studio in Vienna, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can track the status of your package.
Which engravings are possible?
We can engrave paws (outlined, filled in or as a print), nose prints and faces (in lineart style) of your pet.
You can find preview images of the engravings directly on our products.
Can you engrave multiple pets?
